Biography

Anna Antonopoulos is Chief Financial Officer and executive Vice President at Corner Collection, a dynamic hospitality and real estate company with a portfolio of boutique hotels and restaurants in Montreal.  Corner Collection is the result of a corporate reorganization for succession planning of the Antonopoulos Group, a hospitality group founded by brothers Tony and Costa Antonopoulos almost 50 years ago, into two separate companies to allow positioning for sustained growth. 

In the last 15 years, Anna contributed to the Group’s substantial growth in hotel rooms, restaurants and real estate holdings.  Over the past many years, the group has been recognized on several occasions for its exceptional contribution to regional tourism and award-winning properties.  Anna lead the reorganization process for the family business succession ensuring the most optimal legal and fiscal setup and was invaluable in the smooth and successful transition.  Anna oversees the financial health of Corner Collection, positioning it for success in the future.  

Anna started her career at Pwc in audit and assurance after earning a chartered accountancy degree following her studies at McGill University’s Faculty of Management in Accounting.        

Anna is an executive board member of The Hellenic Initiative (THI) Canada since its inception in 2016.  THI is a charitable organization that began as a global movement of the Greek Diaspora to invest in the future of Greece through direct philanthropy and economic revitalization.  THI supports organizations that provide crisis relief, encourage entrepreneurs and create jobs.

Anna was also a board member of the Foundation of the Contemporary Arts Museum of Montreal from 2011 to 2020.  The group has been honored with the Montreal Arts-Business Award for their continued support of the arts.
